I had a lot of fun making these Superman, Spiderman, and Batman cupcakes. I don't particularly like fondant so instead of making the logos out of it, I decided to do chocolate spiderman and batman logos and I made the superman logo from a shortbread cookie with a royal icing logo.
The superman and batman cupcakes are chocolate fudge cupcakes with a whipped cream cheese frosting. The Spider man are vanilla with a buttercream frosting. I wish I had used the smooth tip for the spiderman so you could really see the spiderman logo better.
These logos were made out of melted candy coating chocolate. I printed out the logo on paper then put in under wax paper then traced the logo with chocolate.
